Ashlea Wooten-Chappel

Ashlea is a Business Broker at Vaughn & Associates, where she helps business owners and buyers navigate one of the most important transactions of their lives. She brings a background in marketing, human resources, and consultative sales, giving her a well-rounded view of what makes a business valuable and what it takes to bring the right buyer and seller together.

Ashlea holds a master’s degree in Internet Marketing and Media from Full Sail University, where she graduated as salutatorian of her class, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University. Her marketing expertise helps her position businesses effectively and reach qualified buyers, while her HR background gives her insight into the people side of a business, from staff and culture to ownership transitions.

Skilled in relationship building and science-based sales, Ashlea takes the time to understand each client’s goals and tailors her approach to meet them. She believes people never forget how you made them feel, and she works to make every client’s experience a positive one from the first conversation through closing.

Outside of work, Ashlea is passionate about education, technology, and interior design.
